It is built with 100% new Quicksilver: cast iron block, large fillet radii crankshaft, Tri-metalbearings, 9.3:1 pistons, revised TKS carburetor calibration, 140F degreethermostat, NGK spark plugs, and 1.5:1 rocker arms.

Quicksilver cast iron cylinderheads that feature: hardened seats, screw in studs, Black-X valves, & an exclusive
Quicksilver combustion chamber allowing 4 deg BTDC base timing. Audio warninghorn for overheat, low oil pressure, and low drive lube levels.

It uses EST Analog-Ignition, Single-Point Water Drain Using Blue Hoses, and 14-Pin Harness.
